# كيفية إعادة حساب الجلسات لعرض العتبات الجديدة أو المقاييس الافتراضية

## تعرف على كيفية إعادة حساب الجلسات يدويًا في Iterpro لضمان انعكاس الحدود المحدثة والمقاييس الافتراضية بدقة في تحليل الجلسة وتحليل عبء العمل.

عندما يقوم المستخدم بحفظ عتبات جديدة في *اللاعبون \> فريقي \> العتبات* أو تعيين مقاييس افتراضية جديدة في *الإعدادات \> الفريق \> التكاملات*، لا يقوم النظام تلقائيًا بإعادة حساب جلسات التدريب والمباريات التي تم تحميلها مسبقًا. هذا يعني أنه إذا لم يقم المستخدم بهذه العملية يدويًا، فقد تظهر له قيم فارغة أو غير صحيحة في تحليل الجلسات وتحليل عبء العمل.

لإعادة حساب الجلسات، اتبع الخطوات التالية:

- **انقر على أيقونة استيراد البيانات:** تقع في الزاوية العلوية اليمنى من الشاشة.

- **حدد الجلسات التي تريد إعادة حسابها:** اختر الجلسات التي ترغب في تحديثها. لاحظ أن خيار "تحديد الكل" سيحدد فقط الجلسات المعروضة في الصفحة الحالية. إذا كنت ترغب في تحديد جميع الجلسات التي تم تحميلها، فأنت بحاجة إلى تكرار هذه العملية صفحة تلو الأخرى بعد إعادة الحساب.
