# كيف يمكنني إعادة تعيين 2FA؟

## يوضح هذا المقال كيفية تغيير 2FA ومسح رمز QR جديد في حال فقدت الرمز السابق أوقمت بتغيير جهازك.

عندما يحتاج المستخدم إلى تغيير 2FA ومسح رمز QR جديد، يجب عليه الاتصال بمستخدم Admin في ناديه، حيث سيتمكن من إعادة تعيينه من خلال **الإعدادات \> المستخدمون والأذونات**.

يمكن لمستخدم Admin اتباع الخطوات التالية لتنفيذ العملية:

1. الدخول إلى **الإعدادات \> المستخدمون \> المستخدمون والأذونات**
2. البحث عن المستخدم
3. تحديد المستخدم عن طريق مربع الاختيار على اليسار
4. النقر على أيقونة القفل في الزاوية العلوية اليمنى

ملاحظة: لا يمكن لمستخدمي Admin إعادة تعيين 2FA الخاصة بهم. في هذه الحالة، يجب عليهم طلب المساعدة من مستخدم Admin آخر أو التواصل مع الدعم الفني.
