# ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل إذا أظهر النظام إشعار الخطأ "بيانات الاعتماد غير صالحة" أثناء تسجيل الدخول؟

## توضح هذه المقالة ما يمكنك فعله عندما يعرض النظام إشعار الخطأ "بيانات الاعتماد غير صالحة" أثناء تسجيل الدخول.

إذا ظهر إشعار الخطأ **بيانات الاعتماد غير صالحة** أثناء تسجيل الدخول، فهذا يعني أن **البريد الإلكتروني** و/أو **كلمة المرور** التي تم إدخالها غير صحيحة.

قد تكون تكتب بيانات اعتماد مختلفة عن تلك المخزنة في Iterpro. لذلك، نوصي بما يلي:

- اطلب من مسؤول **ADMIN** التحقق مما إذا كان البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في النظام يحتوي على أحرف **كبيرة**. على سبيل المثال، إذا كان حسابك مسجلًا باسم **Name@example.com**، يجب عليك كتابة **N** كبيرة أثناء تسجيل الدخول أيضًا.
- تحقق من أنك تدخل **تمامًا** كلمة المرور التي قمت بحفظها، مع مراعاة أن الأحرف الكبيرة والصغيرة والأرقام والرموز **ضرورية**.

 

إذا كنت لا تتذكر كلمة المرور الخاصة بك أو كنت بحاجة إلى تغييرها، يمكنك القيام بذلك بالنقر فوق **نسيت كلمة المرور**.
