### **وصف الميزة**

#### **تقييم الرفاهية (قبل التدريب)**

يتيح لك هذا القسم من المنصة إجراء تقييمات الرفاهية قبل بدء الحصص التدريبية. يتكون استبيان **الرفاهية قبل التدريب** من **خمس أسئلة رئيسية** تهدف إلى تقييم استعداد اللاعب:

1. كيف كانت جودة نومك؟
2. ما مدى شعورك بالتوتر؟
3. ما مدى شعورك بالإرهاق؟
4. ما مدى شعورك بالألم العضلي؟
5. ما هي حالتك المزاجية؟

يتم تقييم كل سؤال على مقياس من **١ إلى ٥** كما يلي:

- **1**: سيء جدًا
- **2**: سيء
- **3**: متوسط (هناك شيء غير جيد)
- **4**: جيد
- **5**: جيد جدًا

#### **طرق إدخال بيانات الاستبيان**

هناك **أربع طرق** لإدخال بيانات الاستبيان:

1. **يدويًا لكل لاعب** – يمكنك النقر على **"الانتقال إلى الاستبيان"**، تحديد اللاعب وإدخال الإجابات يدويًا.
2. **من خلال تطبيق اللاعبين** – إذا كان لدى اللاعبين حق الوصول إلى التطبيق، فيمكنهم ملء الاستبيان بأنفسهم.
3. **مباشرةً في الجدول** – يمكنك إدخال البيانات يدويًا في جدول التقييم داخل المنصة.
4. **عن طريق تحميل ملف CSV** – يمكنك **تنزيل القالب**، تعبئته في Excel، ثم إعادة رفعه إلى النظام.

 

#### **تقييم الإجهاد المدرك (بعد التدريب)**

يعتمد **معدل الإجهاد المدرك (RPE)** على تقييم اللاعبين لشدة الجهد المبذول في الحصة التدريبية، حيث يقوم اللاعبون بتقييم مجهودهم على مقياس من **0 إلى 10**. يمكن تفسير الدرجات كما يلي:

- **0**: لا يوجد جهد على الإطلاق (مثل الاستلقاء في السرير)
- **4**: جهد معتدل (منتصف المقياس)
- **8**: شدة المباريات العادية
- **10**: أقصى جهد بدني في حياتهم

يقوم اللاعب ببساطة بقراءة المقياس، **تحديد الرقم المناسب**، ثم إرسال إجابته.

#### **طرق إدخال بيانات استبيان RPE**

يمكن للاعبين وأعضاء الطاقم الفني إدخال قيم RPE عبر **ثلاث طرق**:

1. **يدويًا لكل لاعب** – يمكنك النقر على **"الانتقال إلى الاستبيان"**، تحديد اللاعب وإدخال الإجابات يدويًا.
2. **من خلال تطبيق اللاعبين** – يمكن للاعبين إدخال درجاتهم مباشرة من خلال التطبيق.
3. **عن طريق تحميل ملف CSV** – يمكنك **تنزيل القالب**، تعبئته في Excel، ثم إعادة رفعه إلى المنصة.
