## يشرح هذا المقال كيفية إنشاء إصابات جديدة أو سابقة (أو أمراض أو شكاوي)، إما عن طريق إضافتها يدويًا أو من خلال استيراد ملف CSV.

### **وصف الميزة**

 

تُعد شاشة **العيادة الطبية** المركز الأساسي لإدارة الإصابات والأمراض والشكاوي التي تؤثر على لاعبي فريقك. يمكن للمستخدمين تتبع وتحديث المشكلات الطبية بكفاءة من خلال هذه الشاشة.

### **إضافة إصابة جديدة أو مشكلة طبية**

هناك طريقتان لإضافة إصابة جديدة أو مشكلة طبية:

1. **يدويًا** – إدخال التفاصيل مباشرةً في النظام.
2. **استيراد CSV** – قم بتصدير ملف CSV (مثل: تنزيل CSV للإصابات النشطة، أو أي خيار آخر في القائمة المنسدلة)، ثم املأ التفاصيل الضرورية مستوحىً من البيانات الموجودة في الملف، وارفع الملف مرة أخرى إلى النظام (تذكر حذف البيانات القديمة/السابقة قبل القيام بذلك).

#### **لإضافة إصابة جديدة يدويًا:**

1. اضغط على زر **"إضافة مشكلة جديدة"**.
2. حدد اللاعب المصاب.
3. ستظهر بطاقة إصابة تفصيلية، حيث يجب إدخال المعلومات الطبية الأساسية، والتي تشمل:
   
     - **نوع المشكلة** (إصابة، شكوى، أو مرض)
     - **تاريخ ووقت الإصابة**
     - **الربط بجلسة تدريبية أو حدث مباراة** (إذا كان ذلك متاحًا)
     - **تاريخ الدخول إلى العيادة**
     - **موقع الإصابة** (سواء في النظام أو تفاصيل تشريحية)
     - **نوع الإصابة** (إصابة رضحية أو بسبب الإجهاد الزائد)
     - **نوع الاصطدام** (إصابة نتيجة احتكاك أو بدون احتكاك)
     - **آلية الإصابة وطريقة حدوثها**
     - **مستوى الخطورة**
     - التشخيص والملاحظات
     - **مرحلة الإصابة** (مثل **التقييم الطبي**)
     - **المدة المتوقعة للتعافي**
     - **تعليمات العلاج**
4. بعد إدخال جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة، اضغط على **"حفظ"** لتخزين الإصابة في النظام.
