This article showcases the main areas available in the Director App and accessible, based on permissions, to your management and scouts. These comprehend the calendar, video gallery, scouted players, and the player's financial performance.

FEATURE DESCRIPTION

 

Team View

Once you have downloaded the Iterpro Director app, log in using the same credentials as the web platform. 

Upon logging in, you will be redirected to the Team tab. Here, you can view your players in both list and lineup formats and access key team information. This includes:

  • A list of staff members assigned to the team.

  • Seasonal statistics and player readiness, which display their physical and medical status.

  • A schedule of fixtures, showing the next two upcoming matches and the last three past matches.

  • Detailed match statistics for both your team and the opponents, sourced directly from Wyscout.

Additionally, the financial section provides insights into your team's financial KPIs, such as the total squad value, investment performance, and contract details for players and staff members.

 

Player Profile

Within the Team View, you can access individual Player Profiles directly from the list or lineup view. Simply click on a player's name to open their profile. If scouting scenarios have been shared with you, shadow players will also be visible.

Each player's profile contains:

  • Personal Details and seasonal statistics.

  • Readiness levels and fitness assessments.

  • Medical Information, including chronic issues, active and past injuries, and availability throughout the season.

  • Career History, including past transfers and career statistics.

  • Scouting Reports, if available, which include strengths, weaknesses, and video attachments.

  • Financial KPIs, such as contract details, bonuses, and financial progression over time.

Note: Certain data is only available if the player has been imported from Wyscout.

 

Bonus Tracking

The Bonus tab allows you to monitor player bonuses and their respective conditions. Here, you can:

  • Track the progress of bonus achievements in real time.

  • Filter bonuses by players, agents, or staff members for better organization.

  • Search for specific players to review their bonus details.

 

Calendar

In the Calendar section, you can view your scheduled events in both daily and monthly formats. You can select any event to access detailed information, which varies depending on the event type:

  • Training Sessions: View planned exercises, completed activities, participant lists, and attached reports or documents.

  • Game Events: Access team lineups, match statistics, and participant lists.

  • Future Matches: See which players have been called up.

To navigate through the calendar, simply scroll through the months or switch to the daily view. Clicking on the Legend will help you understand different event categories.

 

Video Gallery & Chatting Tool

In the Coach App, you can access both the Video Gallery and the Chatting Tool:

  • Video Gallery: View all uploaded and shared videos. You can leave comments, create threads for discussions, and analyze footage from games, training sessions, and other events.

  • Chatting Tool: Communicate with players and staff members. You can:

    • Create individual or group chats.

    • Send attachments and reminders.

    • Use the + icon to start new conversations and select recipients from your team.

 

Notifications

The Iterpro Director app ensures that you stay informed with real-time Notifications regarding player updates, events, scouting activities, and general information.

To set up notifications:

  1. Go to the Main Menu (top left corner) and select Notification Settings.

  2. Customize notifications for each team based on your preferences. Options include:

    • Contract expiration reminders.

    • Bonus achievement thresholds.

    • Other relevant alerts.

Once set, notifications will appear according to your defined parameters. You can also filter notifications and click on them to access the relevant section directly.
