Sample CSV Fields
Below you can find the necessary information for filling out the CSV file for bulk uploading personal data into Iterpro.
The fields you will find in the CSV file are: ID, surname, first name, date of birth, nationality code, place of birth, position, origin, first team registration date, first professional registration date, LNP ID, Archived date, Email, Phone, Gender, Education, Origin, Marital Status, Weight (kg), Height (cm), Preferred foot, Shoe size, Jersey number, Captain, Street, City, State, ZIP Code, Country, Bank, Account number, Routing number, IBAN, SWIFT.
On the next page, for each field, you will find:
- Explanation
- Format: string (text), number, or date. If the format of the field does not match the specified format, it will not be possible to import the data into Iterpro. If multiple formats are indicated, the field can be filled in using either format.
- Required: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If they are missing, it will not be possible to import the data into Iterpro.
Once the mandatory fields in the CSV file are completed, you can import the file into Iterpro by clicking on the CSV icon -> Upload CSV. After uploading the file, you will see a preview of the loaded data.
If a field's value does not match the specified format, it will be highlighted in red, and you will have the option to correct it. Rows with red-highlighted numbers indicate format errors. Once a non-compliant value is selected, the Tab key will automatically take you to the next non-compliant value.
At the top right, the number of errors on the current page and the total number of errors in the imported file are indicated in parentheses. Once all values match the specified format, you can import the data by clicking the "Import" button. After clicking "Import," you will be asked if you want to include active players in the current season (making them selectable in events on the Planning page, in the Players section, etc.).
- ID: Internal team identification code, equivalent to the Display Name (string/number) *
- SURNAME: Player's surname (string) *
- FIRST NAME: Player's first name (string) *
- DATE OF BIRTH: Date of birth (format DD/MM/YY or DD-MM-YY, e.g., 09/12/99 or 09-12-99) *
- NATIONALITY CODE: Nationality code (string). The available values are listed in Appendix – Country Codes at the end of the document.
- PLACE OF BIRTH: Place of birth (string/number)
- TEAM: Current team within the club (string) *
- POSITION: Field position (string). The available values are either the standard English nomenclature codes (listed in Appendix – Position Codes) or the equivalent in the user's selected language. *
- FROM TEAM: Origin club (string/number)
- FIRST TEAM REGISTRATION DATE: Date of first registration with the team (format DD/MM/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY, e.g., 09/12/1999 or 09-12-1999)
- FIRST PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION DATE: Date of first registration as a professional (format DD/MM/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY, e.g., 09/12/1999 or 09-12-1999)
- LNP ID: Football Federation ID (number)
- ARCHIVE DATE: Player's archive date. If the archive date is missing, the player will be imported as active.
- EMAIL: Player's email (string)
- PHONE: Player's phone number (number)
- GENDER: Player's gender. Must be added as Male or Female (string)
- EDUCATION: Player's Education. Must be one of the following; Primary, Lower secondary, Upper secondary, College (or equivalent), Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, PhD, other. (string)
- ORIGIN: Player's origin, meaning Homegrown, Foreigner, Domestic (string)
- MARITAL STATUS: Player's marital status, meaning Free, Married (string)
- WEIGHT: The player's weight, it must be included in KG (number)
- HEIGHT: The player's height, must be included in CM (number)
- PREFERRED FOOT: The player's preferred foot, must be included Right, Left, or Both (string)
- SHOE SIZE: Player's shoe size (number)
- JERSEY NUMBER: Player's shirt number (number)
- CAPTAIN: Specify if the player is captain or not. This needs to be done by writing “true” if he is the captain (string)
- STREET: Player's address (string)
- CITY: Player's city of residence, related to the address. (string)
- STATE: Player's state of residence, related to the address. (string)
- ZIP CODE: Player's postal code of residence, related to the address. (string)
- COUNTRY: Player's country of residence, related to the address. (string)
- BANK: Player's Bank name (string)
- ACCOUNT NUMBER: Player's Bank account number (string/number)
- ROUTING NUMBER: Player's Bank routing number (string/number)
- IBAN: Player's Bank IBAN (string/number)
- SWIFT: Player's Bank SWIFT (string/number)
