How do I clean the cache to avoid issues?

A quick guide to clearing your cache and resolving potential issues in Iterpro.

To clear the cache, there are two main methods:

  1. Advanced Clear Method (SUGGESTED): Open an Iterpro page, then click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of Google Chrome > More tools > Developer tools > Application > Storage > Including third-party cookies > Clear site data. This method ensures 100% removal of all cached files (see the video below).

  2. Simple Refresh Method: Open an Iterpro page, then press CTRL+R (for Windows) or Command+R (for Mac) repeatedly around 5-10 times. This action removes most of the files saved in the cache.

By performing these operations, minor bugs displayed in Iterpro are often corrected, and the system returns to functioning without issues.
