To modify which athletes have access to the PlayerApp, follow these steps:

Ensure Admin Access: You must be an Admin user to access the PlayerApp list in Administration - Squad.

Navigate to Squad Management:
- Go to Administration > Squad.
- Click on the mobile phone icon located at the top right corner of the menu bar. If you do not see this icon, it means you do not have Admin privileges.
- Manage Player Access:
- A tab displaying athletes with access to the PlayerApp will appear.
- Select the athlete(s) you wish to grant access to. Note: Only individuals with stored email addresses can be selected.
- Deselect the athlete(s) you wish to revoke access from.
- Confirm Changes:
- Click on CONFIRM to save your changes.
- Newly selected athletes will receive a Welcome email. Similarly, athletes who have not yet set their password will also receive this email.
