1.6 How to create new users and provide permissions (only for ADMIN users)

This article explains how to manage users: create, edit and delete them, as well as provide permissions or reset the 2FA.


CREATE A NEW USER

FEATURES DESCRIPTION

 

The Users and Permissions screen is accessible only to admin users and allows them to manage all users within the system.

Creating a New User

To add a new user, click on the Add button and enter the required information. You can also choose whether to grant admin privileges to this user.

Important: When entering the user’s email address, pay close attention to uppercase and lowercase letters, as they must be used exactly as entered when logging in.

Once the user is created and saved, they will appear in the user list.

Sending a Welcome Email and Editing User Information

  • To send a welcome email, simply click on the email icon next to the user’s name.
  • If you need to edit user details, click on their name or email address.

Granting Team Access and Setting Permissions

Admins can assign users to one or multiple teams and define their permissions.

  • Click on Grant Access and select the user’s role and permissions within the system.
  • You can also grant access to specific applications, such as the Coach App or Director App, and configure their permissions accordingly.
  • Once all the permissions have been set, you can apply them to any user within the system, by clicking on the APPLY TO button and selecting the account.

  • This process can be applied to a single team or multiple teams.

Note: If a user has access to multiple teams, they will occupy one slot per team. For example, if a user is assigned to DemoteamX, DemoteamX Academy, DemoteamX U18, and DemoteamX U21, they will use one slot for each team.

Deleting a User and Resetting Two-Factor Authentication

  • To remove a user, select the checkbox next to their name and click Delete.
  • If necessary, you can also reset their two-factor authentication.
