New Features

 

Planning - New ‘Time Trim’ Tool in the Calendar’s Player View

With the latest update, you can now easily set up and save/pin specific times of the day that you wish to visualize in the Player view. This means you have the flexibility to focus on the times that matter most to you, providing a more tailored and detailed perspective of your daily activities.

 

 

This new feature allows you to effortlessly select the time range you prefer. This enhancement empowers you to create events at more specific times within the Player view. Think of it as the ability to 'zoom-in or out' from the daily activities, offering a clearer view of each player’s schedule for the day.

 

 

The best part? All the actions you take, including your selected time range, can be saved/pinned. This means that every time you access this area, your preferred time range will be automatically set, streamlining your workflow and ensuring a seamless experience.

Attendances - New Icons to Differentiate Individual and Team Sessions

We're thrilled to announce a brand-new feature that enhances your experience with our platform. You can now easily differentiate between individual and team sessions for your players through the Manager > Attendances section.

 

 

This powerful addition allows you to gain a clearer insight into the types of sessions each player has undertaken throughout the month. In the Gantt graph, you'll notice the initials of each session type (Individual, Modified, and/or Double Session), streamlining the analysis of your players' schedules for efficient decision-making.

 

 

But that's not all! We've also introduced a helpful tooltip feature. Simply hover your mouse over a session, and a tooltip menu will appear, providing you with essential details about that specific session. This feature ensures you have quick access to additional information, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of your players' activities.

Medical - Modal to Display the Treatments Fields

With our newly reformed modal, you can now effortlessly complete all the fields related to your player's treatments, both in Medical Records and in Infirmary. This redesigned interface ensures a more user-friendly experience, allowing you to input all the necessary information in one place without the hassle of horizontal scrolling. 

 



The modal will automatically appear when you click on the ‘+’ button to create a new treatment. This convenient feature is applicable to both the Medical Records and Infirmary modules, featuring an identical design for a seamless user experience.

We believe that this enhancement will significantly improve your workflow and provide a more efficient means of managing player treatments.

Scouting - Player Game Reports

We're announcing also an enhancement to the way Scouting Game Reports are created. Our latest update empowers you to effortlessly access a player's upcoming fixtures directly from the Game Reports page within their scouting profile.

 

 

With this new feature, you now have the flexibility to view a player's future matches without solely relying on the calendar (although you can still use it) based on dates and competitions. Instead, you can create reports tailored to specific players. Upon selecting a game, you'll seamlessly transition to the calendar, maintaining the familiar design of the game report.

 

 

This streamlined design not only retains the calendar's functionality but also enables you to organize your scout’s schedules more efficiently. We believe this enhancement will provide you with a faster and more user-friendly experience, enhancing your overall scouting process.

Administration & Finance - Cost Notes and Subscriptions

The module Cost Notes & Subscriptions has now been expanded to include not only your players but also your valuable Staff Members and Agents. The great news is that the feature's design remains unchanged, ensuring a seamless transition. However, you now have the added capability to select and manage staff or agents within Squads through the filters.

 

With this expansion, you can now use the feature to track costs and subscriptions associated with both staff members and agents. The key improvement lies in the ability to select specific staff or agents within your Squads, providing you with greater control and flexibility.

 

 

 

For a comprehensive overview, head to the Finance section and click on Cost Notes & Subscriptions. There, you'll find a detailed list of all costs incurred by both staff members and agents, giving you a centralized view of your financial data.

 

 

We believe this enhancement will empower you to streamline your financial tracking processes and provide better insights into costs associated with staff members and agents.

Filters Lock - Saving Filters in Iterpro’s Tables

We're excited to share with you a significant enhancement to our platform, particularly in the Medical Records, Scouting, and Squads sections. Introducing the new 'pin' feature in all tables with filters!

Enjoy the flexibility of having up to three custom filters at your fingertips. By simply selecting your pinned filters, you can seamlessly conduct analyses and generate reports for those specific filtered players. This streamlined process empowers you to focus on the insights that matter most to you.

 



Now, you'll notice a convenient 'pin' icon in the filter options. When selected, this feature ensures that a specific set of filters remains active and tailored to your preferences. Even when you revisit the page, these filters will automatically be applied, saving you the time and effort of selecting them again.



To create a clean slate and return to an 'empty' table, we've done away with the RESET button. Instead, opt for the Default option, which instantly sets the table with no filters. This intuitive change ensures a smoother experience as you navigate through the platform.
