Discover the potential of ‘Iterpro’ 1.86 and 1.87 and elevate your business intelligence strategy to new heights.
Dear Iterpro Users,
We are thrilled to announce two major releases: Iterpro v1.86 and v1.87! These latest updates bring a host of new features and enhancements designed to streamline your workflows and provide even greater control and insights into your club management. Here’s what’s new:
Introducing Iterpro v1.86 and v1.87
These releases add several powerful features to the platform, enhancing event management, team organisation structure, and reporting capabilities across multiple areas.
Impacted Areas
- Web & Mobile Calendar: Unified calendar and RSVP functionality.
- Player, Coach, and Director Apps: Permissions management for better user control.
- Web Assessment Tools: Global CSV import/export at player level for assessments.
- Club Management: New nested structure for teams within clubs.
New Features (Version 1.86)
Unified Team Calendar
You can now view and create events for all teams from a single calendar, eliminating the need to switch between teams. This feature makes event planning and coordination across multiple teams more efficient and effortless. Instead of navigating through multiple calendars for different teams, you can create all events in one place, reducing complexity and saving time

Assessment and examination bulk upload
You can now upload assessment results for multiple dates for a selected player with a single CSV file. This means you no longer need to manually input results individually—saving time and reducing errors. You can also export assessment data in bulk, making analysis and review seamless. This functionality is particularly useful for maintaining historical performance data, allowing coaches and analysts to quickly import large sets of data and use it for comparisons, trend analysis, or planning purposes.
Tridimensional Club Structure
We've introduced a new directory structure within clubs, allowing admins to assign specific teams under a unified space. Users will still only see the teams they have been granted access to, maintaining the existing permission structure while enhancing user experience and improving team organization. This update not only streamlines the management of complex club structures, especially for larger clubs with multiple teams but also enables a tridimensional structure. This allows for the management of satellite organizations, making it ideal for multi-club ownerships and soccer schools, offering greater flexibility for diverse organizational needs.

Version 1.87
Granular App User Permissions for Player and Team Management
We've significantly enhanced the permissions framework for admins, allowing you to manage detailed access rights for users within the Player App, Coaching App, and Director App. This update enables customization of who can view specific profiles, reports, readiness data, and other important information, providing more flexibility to protect sensitive data while ensuring appropriate visibility. Beyond the granular permissions, the key concept is that users can now build their own app structure (blocks) based on their specific needs, tailoring the product to fit their organization’s unique requirements. Admins can decide at a very granular level which users can access different parts of the platform, such as player fitness data, readiness information, or team lineup details, ensuring sensitive data is accessible only to those who need it while supporting both privacy and effective team management.

RSVP Functionality for Events
- Participants now receive RSVP notifications when invited to events, available on both web and mobile. Users can respond directly to notifications, view event details, and manage their RSVPs anytime before the event starts. The RSVP feature enhances communication and planning by ensuring every participant is aware of upcoming events and can easily confirm or decline their attendance. This new functionality also improves event participation tracking, ensuring organizers always have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Receive RSVP Notifications: Participants are notified via push notification (on mobile) or web notifications when they are invited to an event. The notifications include key event details, such as the organizer's profile, event name, and date. This ensures that participants receive timely reminders about upcoming events and don’t miss important scheduling information.
- View Event Details and RSVP: By clicking on the notification, participants can access event details and respond to the RSVP request by selecting either "Accept" or "Decline." The system updates the RSVP status in real time and notifies the event organizer of any changes.
- Update RSVP Status Anytime: Participants can modify their RSVP status as many times as needed before the event begins.
