New Features
Absence Checker - Track Your Player's Absences
We are excited to introduce the new Absence Checker feature in Iterpro version 1.97.0, designed to give coaches and staff more control and visibility over player availability. With this update, users can now mark players as absent directly within any calendar event, while also providing a reason for the absence. All collected information is automatically stored and visible both in the Attendances Activity Log and in the Analysis section, where a new metric allows you to track and evaluate the breakdown of absences over time.
It is important to note that the existing RSVP functionality will remain available, but the Absence Checker takes priority. This means that even if a player confirms their attendance via RSVP, the coach’s absence mark will override it, ensuring the most accurate and reliable data is collected.
To make the process more flexible, absence reasons are managed through a default list of options, but users also have the ability to fully customize them. A free-text field is available, allowing staff to specify any reason that best fits the situation.
This new feature not only streamlines the management of player availability but also provides richer insights into absence patterns, helping teams make better-informed decisions regarding planning, training, and performance management.
Coach App Improvements: Absence Checker
With the release of our new Iterpro version, we’re bringing a series of UX improvements to our mobile app — the Coach App — designed to make your experience smoother, clearer, and more user-friendly.
Directly connected to our Absence Checker, users will be able to edit and update the reason of absence of the players directly from the events in the app.
These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving your mobile experience and making Iterpro a powerful, easy-to-use tool for all team members — on and off the field.
Performance & Medical Tests Enhancements: More Visibility and Flexibility
With the upcoming Iterpro update, we are introducing important improvements to the Performance and Medical Tests/Evaluations sections of the platform. These changes come as part of a broader refactoring and redesign effort, aimed at making the system more intuitive and efficient for your daily use.
From now on, you will find the Test Analysis integrated within the Assessments – Tests and Medical – Examinations modules, creating a unified and streamlined workflow. By connecting all these areas under one structure, it becomes much easier to navigate across the different types of data collected and gain a complete overview of both performance and medical evaluations.
In addition, the Protocol section has enhanced the process to create custom tests, making it more intuitive and easier for the eye to follow. You will now be able to import a CSV file of a template you have, and automatically the system will take the various columns/metrics. This improvement not only provides more context but also facilitates collaboration among staff members.
Another key enhancement is the introduction of downloadable empty test CSV files, which will help you manage data integration more smoothly. This new option makes it easier to prepare, structure, and import test data into Iterpro, ensuring consistency and saving valuable time.
These updates reflect our commitment to providing a platform that evolves with your needs, offering clearer structures, better usability, and more flexibility when working with performance and medical data. We are confident these changes will help you optimize both your analysis and workflows.
Assessment Surveys - Submission Timestamps
We are excited to introduce an important improvement to the monitoring of player data: you will now be able to track the submission time of Wellness and RPE surveys.
Regardless of whether a player submits their responses directly through the Player App or if the data is collected manually via the web platform, the system will automatically record and display a time stamp for each entry.
This new feature adds an extra layer of accuracy and transparency, allowing you to see not only what responses were given, but also exactly when they were submitted. The submission time will be visible in the tables for each player and questionnaire, making it easier for staff to analyze trends, ensure timely reporting, and identify any delays or inconsistencies in the data collection process.
By providing greater context around player feedback, this enhancement will help you and your team make more informed decisions and strengthen the overall reliability of your monitoring workflows.
⚠️ COMING SOON: New Login Process
We are excited to announce that by the end of August we will be introducing a brand-new login process to the Iterpro platform. This enhancement is designed to simplify and secure the way you access our system across the Web, Coach, and Director Apps.
With the new login logic, you will be able to choose between multiple convenient options:

Passwordless login: receive an access code directly via email to sign in quickly and securely, without the need to remember complex passwords.

Social login: access your account seamlessly using your existing Google or Apple ID.
This update reflects our commitment to providing you with a smooth, modern, and secure user experience. By offering more flexible login options, we aim to reduce friction and make it easier for you to access Iterpro whenever and wherever you need.
You will be notified in advance of the exact release date, along with details of any additional improvements included in the update. Given the importance of this feature, our team is working to ensure its introduction will be seamless, with minimal impact on your current workflows.
