🚀 New Login Process
As part of the Iterpro v2.0.0 release, we are introducing a brand-new passwordless login experience to make accessing the platform simpler, faster, and more secure.
With this change, we will be moving away from Google Authenticator in favor of a smoother process. From now on, users will be able to log in by simply entering their registered email address and receiving a One-Time Password (OTP code) directly in their inbox — no need to remember or manage complex passwords.
In addition, users will have the option to log in using their Google or Apple IDs, which will automatically create an account linked to those credentials if they haven’t registered already. This provides greater flexibility and ensures you can access Iterpro in the way that works best for you.
This new login logic will apply not only to the Web platform but also to the Coach and Director Apps, giving you the same seamless experience whether you’re working on desktop or mobile. We’re confident this upgrade will make logging into Iterpro quicker, more intuitive, and aligned with modern security standards. This is a very exciting next step for Iterpro, and as always, our team is here to support you with anything you may need along the way.
User & Permissions Management
With the introduction of the new login system, we are also rolling out an updated flow for User & Permissions management to give Admin users more control and visibility. As before, Admins will still be able to create users and assign permissions to the respective team, but we’ve added key improvements to simplify setup and management.
Most importantly, Admins can now create multiple users at a time, as well as select the default language for each new user, ensuring that the platform is automatically set up in that language from their very first login.
Additionally, the system will send a welcome email to the invited user, prompting them to accept the invitation and register. The new registration flow is straightforward: invited users will receive the email, confirm their invitation, set up their main details (name and surname), and then gain access to the platform.
From a management perspective, Admins will also have enhanced visibility within the Users & Permissions section. You will now be able to see if an invitation has been accepted, track the last login date of each user, and monitor overall activity more effectively.
Finally, the new flow allows you to manage invitations with greater flexibility: you will be able to see pending invites, resend invitations if they have expired, or even reject an invitation, which will automatically delete the corresponding user.
