We’re excited to announce the release of Iterpro v2.3.0 — a major step forward in the evolution of our sports intelligence platform. This update delivers impactful new features designed to elevate your training workflows, improve player and team management, and further simplify your daily operations across both the Web platform and mobile apps.
One of the key highlights of this release is a significant upgrade to the Drills section. You will now have access to a brand-new, default Strength & Conditioning database featuring over 1,000+ exercises, giving you a robust foundation to build and customize your training content. Alongside this, we’ve introduced new tools to manage and track workout plans for both the team and individual players, helping you organise and monitor your work more effectively than ever.
Additionally, this version includes important enhancements to the Bonus tracking area and several other areas of the system, all aimed at simplifying your user experience and improving overall efficiency.

New Features
🏋️ Strength & Conditioning Database
In this new version, we are introducing a major upgrade to the Drills section, designed to give users a more powerful, flexible, and intuitive training management experience. The section now features a fully redesigned interface, making it easier to navigate, organize, and access all training-related content.
The highlight of this update is the launch of our brand-new Strength & Conditioning (S&C) database, which includes over 1,000+ default exercises. This extensive library provides coaches and performance staff with a solid foundation to create high-quality training content directly within Iterpro.
With the new setup, users can build S&C Plans, including both daily and weekly schedules, as well as individual training sessions. These plans and sessions can be shared and assigned to the relevant staff members and/or players, helping streamline internal communication and ensuring everyone stays aligned on workloads and objectives.
All activities within this section can also be monitored and analyzed, allowing clubs to track operations more efficiently and maintain a clear overview of all work carried out across the team.
This enhancement marks an important step in making Iterpro an even more complete and efficient tool for managing performance workflows.
📱 Player App - S&C Workout
With this new release, our platform takes a major step forward by connecting directly to the S&C database and working seamlessly hand in hand with the Player App.
This means training plans are no longer confined to the coach’s web environment—players can now access the exact plans assigned to them inside each training session, right from their mobile device.
More importantly, athletes can complete their workouts in real time, creating a smoother, more accurate flow of information between the gym floor and the coaching staff.
Within the Player App, users can start exercises as they train, follow the prescribed structure, and make adjustments when needed—such as updating reps, loads, rest times, or other workout values to reflect what actually happened. Players can also add comments throughout the session to provide context, share feedback, or flag issues, and they can attach supporting files (such as photos or videos) when relevant.
All of these updates are instantly captured and made available to coaches directly through the web platform, ensuring staff have immediate visibility into execution, compliance, and athlete feedback.
📈 Bonus Condition Checker
In this new version of Iterpro, we’re introducing an exciting enhancement to the Bonus Tracking section, giving users greater clarity and control over how bonuses are monitored and evaluated.
With this update, you will now be able to see exactly when your players’, staff members’, or agents’ bonus conditions have been achieved or progressed. This added level of transparency makes it easier to understand how contractual conditions are being fulfilled throughout the season.
The Bonus table has been upgraded to automatically display every instance in which a condition was met. For each achievement, users will now see:

The exact date the condition was completed

The event name is tied to the bonus

The type of condition that was triggered
This improvement allows you to quickly review bonus progress without needing to manually check events or cross-reference data. Everything is displayed clearly and in one place, helping you save time, reduce uncertainty, and maintain accurate records for internal coordination or discussions with players and agents.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to make contract and performance management even more transparent, efficient, and intuitive for all users.
⚡ Quick Actions - Navigation Menu
In this new version of Iterpro, users will experience a restructured navigation menu designed to make daily workflows faster, clearer, and more efficient. One of the main additions is the new Quick Actions dropdown, which centralises several key tools in one convenient location. Here, you will still find the familiar File Repository and Import Data options, now easier to access than ever.
Alongside these existing features, we’ve added a set of new action buttons to further streamline your operations. With just one click, users can now create new events, upload videos, add new players, and create new scouting game reports directly from the menu. This redesign aims to reduce unnecessary navigation, helping you reach essential tools quickly and stay focused on what matters most.
Overall, the updated navigation menu brings a more intuitive structure and a smoother user experience, ensuring that both staff and technical teams can work more effectively across the platform. With this update, managing your organization’s people has never been easier—keeping all essential details, permissions, and communication channels perfectly aligned within Iterpro.
🗓️ Events UI Restyling (Planning and Scouting)
In this new version of Iterpro, users will notice a refreshed and restructured event design across both the standard planning calendar and the scouting calendar. These updates focus entirely on improving clarity and navigation, making it easier to move through events and understand the information at a glance.
A key part of this redesign is the introduction of new tabs within event pages. These tabs are now available for all event types and provide a cleaner, more organized layout. By grouping information more intuitively, the interface feels lighter, more modern, and easier to use—especially when working with multiple event sections in your daily workflows.
It’s important to note that no logic or core functionalities have been changed. All features, settings, and workflows operate exactly as before. The improvements are purely visual, aimed at creating a smoother and more enjoyable experience when navigating events throughout the platform.
This visual restructuring ensures greater consistency across Iterpro and helps users access key event details more efficiently, without altering any familiar processes.
👤 Metric System and Staff Link
In Iterpro v2.3.0, users will discover two new features within their Personal User Settings designed to enhance customization and connectivity.
First, connected to the S&C Database, users can now set their preferred Metric System (Imperial or Metric). Once selected, all values throughout the system will automatically adjust, ensuring consistency and clarity when managing exercises, loads, and performance data.
Second, we’ve added a new section that allows users to view and quickly access their linked staff member profile within Administration – Squads. This makes it easier to see relevant information about your associated staff member and navigate directly to their profile. If a user is not currently linked to any staff member, the system will notify them, providing clear guidance for next steps.
These enhancements are designed to give users more control over their personal settings while improving visibility and connections within the platform, helping you work more efficiently and stay aligned with your team.
