Dear Iterpro Users,
We’re happy to share that Iterpro v2.4.0 is now being released, with focused updates to make your day-to-day work smoother and more powerful.
The biggest changes are in Administration and Finance, where contract digitalisation has been upgraded to support multi and interconnected condition bonuses—giving you more flexibility to build accurate, real-world bonus structures.
We’ve also improved Tests (Performance and/or Medical) by adding formula calculations for numbered data inputs across your metrics, helping you standardize calculations and surface clearer insights directly in Iterpro.
We’re confident that these new features, alongside some UI and functionality improvements, will help you work smarter, stay better connected, and unlock even more value across the Iterpro platform.

New Features
📄 Multi Condition Bonuses
Users can now create and interconnect multi-condition bonuses directly within Player, Staff, and Agent contracts, making contract digitalisation in Iterpro significantly more realistic and user friendly. Inside each contract you’ll notice an improved bonus categorisation, separating Unit-based bonuses from Milestone bonuses for clearer structure and easier management.
Within the Milestones area, a new section—Multi Condition Bonuses—lets you build more advanced bonus logic by linking conditions across different parameters, including Appearance, Performance, Team, Signing, Custom, and more. This means you can combine multiple triggers into a single interconnected bonus setup that better reflects how agreements are written in real life (for example, tying an appearance condition to a team objective or a performance threshold).
These updates don’t stay confined to the contract page: the new bonus structures are fully reflected across the web platform, including areas like Finance Overview, Bonus Tracking, Cash Flow, and related financial reporting workflows.
The same information is also available on the go through the Director App and Player App, ensuring all stakeholders have consistent visibility into what’s been agreed, what’s been achieved, and what’s pending.
Overall, this release brings a smoother, smarter contract workflow that reduces manual work, improves clarity, and helps you manage bonuses with greater accuracy across the entire Iterpro ecosystem.
🔍 Performance & Medical Tests - Custom Formula Reporting
Users can now create custom calculations directly within their Performance and/or Medical Tests, making it easier to turn raw inputs into meaningful, standardised metrics.
When building or editing a test, you can add a custom field and simply choose the new “Formula” field type. From there, you’ll be able to define the exact calculation you want Iterpro to perform, based on the numeric values that will be collected during testing or imported from external sources.
This allows you to automatically generate derived metrics (e.g., ratios, indexes, combined scores, or any club-specific calculation) without needing to export data or rely on manual spreadsheets.
These formula fields are also applicable to thresholds, so you can set consistent reference ranges and keep track of visual parameters for everyone—helping staff quickly spot whether values fall within the desired targets at both the individual and group level.
Overall, this update makes your test setup more flexible, your insights more immediate, and your reporting far more consistent across the platform.
📱Player App - Billing Details Permission
Users can now customise Player App access to Billing details through a dedicated permission setting. Admin users will find the new “Billing” permission within the Player App Management area under Administration → Squads, where it can be enabled or restricted per user as needed.
This is especially useful for squads where players have active subscriptions/memberships or where individual transactions are being tracked, ensuring only the right people can view billing-related information.
With this update, clubs gain tighter control over financial visibility in the Player App while keeping the experience clear and compliant for every user.
