Dear Iterpro Users,
We’re happy to share that Iterpro v2.7.0 is finally here, with a set of updates aimed at making your daily workflows faster, clearer, and more connected across Web and mobile.
- Video Editor (Beta): Analysts will be able to create, tag, and refine video clips directly within Iterpro, helping streamline analysis workflows and reduce reliance on external tools.
- Mobile event creation (Coach & Director Apps): You’ll be able to create events straight from your phone, making schedule management easier when you’re on the move.
- Simplified Player App login: The Player App login has been aligned with the Web, Coach, and Director Apps. Players will be able to access the app using magic links (temporary access links) or by signing in with Google and/or Apple credentials (when linked to the email address set in Iterpro), reducing password-related friction.
- Standardised profile UI: We’ve unified the design of player, staff, and agent profiles across the system, making it more intuitive and user friendly to find and review everyone’s information.
Alongside these highlights, v2.7.0 includes additional improvements and fixes to deliver a smoother, more reliable experience across the platform.

New Features
🎬 Video Editor inside Iterpro!
With Iterpro v2.7.0, we’re introducing the beta version of our new Video Editor inside the Iterpro platform, designed to help analysts complete the full video-analysis workflow directly within Iterpro—from video upload to clip creation, tagging, and sharing.
With this enhancement, analysts will be able to work entirely inside the system, cutting clips, drawing annotations, and tagging key moments across training sessions and matches. All analysis will be managed in one place, with an intuitive interface that follows industry standards and makes it easy to move quickly through large volumes of content.
The new editor will enable you to create clips and compile analyses within Iterpro, then share them automatically with the right staff members and/or players—turning what used to be multiple steps across different tools into one streamlined operation. The result is faster collaboration, clearer communication, and a more connected analysis experience for everyone involved.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️: As part of this evolution, we have decided to part ways with SportsAnalysisTV. While external providers supported important steps in the process, they didn’t allow us to close the full circle we were aiming for: a single environment where video, context, tagging, and distribution live together alongside your performance, medical, and operational data.
If your club currently stores content in SportsAnalysisTV, we strongly recommend creating a backup of your videos and tags for future import into Iterpro, ensuring you retain full access to your historical library.
🗓️ Coach & Director App: Event creation from mobile!
With this new release, we’re introducing an upgraded Coach and Director App experience designed to make daily operations faster, simpler, and more reliable—allowing users to create events directly from their mobile.
From the Calendar inside each app, staff can add new events in just a few taps, choosing from the same event formats available on the Web platform and completing the key event information as they normally would online.
This includes filling in the main event details (such as title, date and time, location, and any other relevant fields depending on the event type), ensuring that events created on mobile follow the same structure and consistency as those created on the web. Once saved, the event is immediately reflected across the system and participants, helping keep everyone aligned and up to date.
By bringing event creation to mobile, Iterpro enables coaches, directors, and staff to build and adjust schedules on the go—whether they’re travelling, at training, or in meetings—without needing to access the web platform. The result is a smoother workflow, quicker updates, and more accurate calendars across the club.
📱 Player App Login: Automated and Secure Accesses
With this new release, we’re introducing an upgraded Player App login experience designed to make access faster, simpler, and more reliable—while moving away from traditional passwords that can easily be forgotten.
The new login flow aligns the Player App with the Web platform, Director App, and Coach App, creating a consistent sign-in experience across the entire Iterpro ecosystem.
Players will now be able to log in using temporary access links (magic links), allowing them to authenticate quickly without needing to remember or manage a password. This is especially helpful for reducing login friction and ensuring athletes can get into the app smoothly whenever they need it.
In addition, players can also sign in using Google or Apple credentials, as long as the email address registered in Iterpro matches the one associated with their Google or Apple account. This provides an even more seamless “one-tap” login option and helps clubs standardise authentication across devices.
We have also implemented the possibility for multi email accesses, meaning that the same user profile can have access with the same email inside various teams or separate accounts (i.e., National Teams and local club).
Overall, this update improves usability and safety, as well as reducing support requests related to password resets, and helps players stay connected to their schedules, plans, and communications with minimal effort—so they can focus on what matters most.
👤 Profile UI Improvements
With this new release, we’ve introduced a set of UI improvements that align Player, Staff, and Agent profiles under a single, consistent design and overall look. The goal is to provide a more modern and unified experience across Iterpro, making it easier to navigate profiles, interpret information, and analyse data—regardless of the profile type you’re working with.
These changes are purely visual and usability-focused: they do not affect any existing logic related to permissions, access levels, or the underlying data available in each profile. All current rules and visibility settings remain exactly as they are today.
What will change is the way users interact with the information. The updated layout improves clarity, helps key details stand out, and creates a smoother workflow when moving between sections—especially when reviewing multiple profiles in the same session.
This new profile design has been implemented across the platform wherever profiles are accessed, including My Team, Scouting, Transfers, and Squads, as well as directly within the main player profile view.
The result is a cleaner, more consistent interface that supports quicker decision-making and a more enjoyable day-to-day experience for all users.
Enhancements
We have also implemented several enhancements to improve your experience:
- We have made several minor User Experience improvements to make setup and navigation through the platform and mobile applications easier for you.
- We have optimized the overall platform and conducted bug fixes across different software sections.
