We’re happy to share that Iterpro v2.11.0 is now available, bringing new improvements designed to make the platform more modern, efficient, and easier to use.
This release includes visual enhancements across the system, along with several updates to improve scouting workflows on both Web and mobile. These changes are aimed at helping scouting departments manage game events, reports, assignments, and player information more smoothly within Iterpro.
Alongside these highlights, v2.11.0 also includes additional fixes and general improvements to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience across the platform.

New Features
🆕 Overall UI Improvement and Element Enhancements
With this release, we’ve introduced a new set of UI improvements and visual enhancements across the Iterpro platform, designed to provide a more modern, consistent, and functional user experience.
These updates do not impact any existing system functionalities, workflows, permissions, or data. Instead, they focus on improving the overall look and feel of the platform, including elements such as buttons, modules, input fields, text areas, and general interface components.
The goal is to make the system cleaner, easier to navigate, and more intuitive for day-to-day use, while keeping all current processes exactly as users know them.
📌 Scouting - New Assignation Logic
With this release, we’ve improved the way scouting assignments can be managed inside Iterpro, allowing scouts to be assigned directly to a game event, and not only to specific players.
Admin scouts will now be able to assign available scouts directly from the Game Event Details tab. This gives scouting departments more flexibility when organising coverage for matches and ensures each event can be clearly linked to the staff responsible for attending or reviewing it.
Within the Game Report tab, admin scouts will still be able to assign specific players to each scout, keeping player-level responsibilities clear and organised.
For scouts without admin permissions, the logic remains more restricted: they will be able to create and assign scouting games only for themselves. This ensures users can manage their own scouting activity while keeping broader assignment control in the hands of admin users.
The same logic is also available inside the Director App, allowing scouting departments to manage game and player assignments consistently across both Web and mobile.
🔎 Scouting - Game Reports Enhancements
With this release, we’ve improved several functionalities inside Scouting Game Reports to support better organisation and management of scouting operations.
In the Game Event Details, users can now include a Google Maps location for the event. This allows scouting staff to add a direct address or location for each game, making it easier for scouts to identify where the match is taking place and access the correct venue information when needed.
In addition, we’ve enhanced the Game Report tab by introducing the possibility to label reports by Observation Type, distinguishing between Live and Video observations. This gives users a clearer way to classify how each report was completed and provides more structured data for future analysis.
Overall, these improvements help make scouting event management more complete, organised, and practical, while also improving the quality of information collected across game reports.
👤 Scouting - Game Reports Table
With this release, we’ve also enhanced the Scouting Game Reports table, available to admin users, to provide a clearer and more complete overview of scouting activity.
Following the improvements made to scouting game events and reports, the table now includes additional filters and columns that help users review and manage information more efficiently. Admin users will be able to filter reports based on key criteria such as completion status, location, and observation type, making it easier to track which reports have been completed, where games are taking place, and when scouting activities are scheduled.
These updates give scouting departments more visibility over their operations and help streamline the management of multiple games, scouts, and reports from one central table.
In addition, we’ve improved the Notes section to make longer or detailed comments easier to read. Notes will now be displayed more clearly through tooltips, allowing users to quickly review additional context without overcrowding the table view.
Overall, these improvements make the Scouting Game Reports table more practical, organised, and useful for monitoring scouting work across the club.
🤝 Scouting Player Recommendations
With this release, we’ve added new fields inside player profiles in the Scouting database to help clubs better track player recommendations.
Users will now be able to include information about the agent who recommended the player, as well as the date the recommendation was received. This gives scouting departments a clearer way to register where a player profile originated from and keep a more complete record of the recommendation process.
These details will be available directly inside the scouting player profile, helping staff quickly understand the context behind each player’s entry in the database. The same information will also be reflected in the relevant scouting tables, making it easier to filter, review, and manage recommended players across the database.
In addition, these fields will be included in exportable reports, allowing clubs to analyse and share recommendation data when needed.
Overall, this update helps scouting departments improve traceability, organise agent-related recommendations more effectively, and maintain a more complete scouting database over time.

- We have made several minor User Experience improvements to make setup and navigation through the platform and mobile applications easier for you.
- We have optimized the overall platform and conducted bug fixes across different software sections.
