Creating and Planning a Training Event
A new event can be created using the Create Event button, which allows quick access to the event creation interface.

Alternatively, users can navigate to the Manager section and open Planning. Within the calendar view, selecting a specific day allows the event to be scheduled directly on that date.
When creating a new event, the system prompts the user to select the event format. Several formats may be available depending on the system configuration, but the two most frequently used options are Game event and Training events.
After selecting the training event type, the first step is to complete the general information of the session. This section defines the fundamental details of the event, such as the date, time, and other session-related information required by the organization.
Once the general information has been completed, the next step is to define the participants who will attend the session in the Participants tab.
Once the participant list is confirmed, the planning of the training session itself can begin. The structure of the session can be designed by adding exercises to the event. The Technical tab is used to include drills focused on technical or tactical training. To add an exercise, click Import. This opens the drills library, where previously created drills can be selected and inserted into the session. If the required drill does not exist in the library, a new one can also be created directly from this interface.mAfter selecting or creating a drill, the exercise appears within the training session plan and can be configured with additional details.

For each drill included in the session, several parameters can be defined: the number of sets, the number of repetitions, and the rest time between sets. The user can also specify which players are involved in the exercise and identify the staff member responsible for presenting the drill within the mobile application.

This process can be repeated for every technical exercise that needs to be included in the training session, allowing the user to build a complete and structured session plan.
The Strength & Conditioning (S&C) section follows a workflow similar to the technical drills section, but it focuses on exercises related to physical conditioning. The types of exercises available and the data tracked may differ to reflect the specific requirements of strength and conditioning training.
Both the Technical and S&C sections support the use of predefined training plans. These plans contain pre-structured groups of exercises that can be applied directly to the current session.By selecting a predefined plan, the system automatically inserts the associated exercises into the session. This significantly reduces the time required to configure recurring training structures and helps ensure consistency across multiple sessions.
