Why don't I receive the notifications on my mobile phone?

Sometimes, a user of an Iterpro mobile app (PlayerApp, CoachApp, or DirectorApp) may not receive push notifications on their phone. In this case, there are two steps to follow:

Check your phone’s settings to ensure that notifications for the app are enabled (usually, the app requests this permission during the first access).

Check the settings within the app to ensure that all notification types are activated.
