How do I send notifications to players about the RPE?

Learn how to ensure players receive notifications to complete the RPE questionnaire after each training session or match.

Players can receive notifications through the Player App to remind them to complete the RPE questionnaire after every training session or match. To enable this feature, follow these steps:

  • Players' Requirements:

    • Players must enable general app notifications on their devices.

    • Players must also enable specific notifications for questionnaires within the Player App settings.

  • WebApp User's Steps:

    • Create a training session or match event in the Calendar.

    • Add the relevant players as participants in the event.

Once these steps are completed, the player will receive a reminder notification 15 minutes after the event's end time. If a player is not added as a participant, he/she will not receive a notification or be able to complete the RPE questionnaire for that session.
