Why I can't access the Videogallery section even if I have such permissions?

You can access the Videogallery section in Manager, ONLY if 3 conditions are fulfilled:

1. Your user has the permission to Videogallery,
2. Your user has been linked to your staff member,
3. The staff member has been added to the current season.

1. Add the Videogallery permission to your user.

Remember that only admin users can do such an operation. In case you are not, feel free to contact the admin for your club/federation/organisation.
