Why the system does not import the test data by CSV?

Troubleshooting common issues when importing test data via CSV in Medical - Examinations.

In Medical - Examinations, as well as in Performance - Assessments, users can upload test results via CSV. However, sometimes the system displays a notification saying that it completes the file upload but remains in EDIT mode without applying any changes.

This issue often occurs for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect date format: Ensure that in the CSV the date follows the format dd/mm/yy hh:mm.

  2. CSV column mismatch with test metrics: The columns in the CSV must exactly match those shown in the system, including all metrics.

  3. Missing players in the CSV: The CSV must include all active players in the instance. For players who have not completed the test, leave their rows blank for all metrics, but their names (matching the system’s Display Name) must still be present.
