Why the system is not displaying the data imported by CSV or API in Session Analysis or Workload Analysis?

Common reasons and solutions for missing data in Session Analysis and Workload Analysis

It may happen that the user has successfully uploaded data into the system (with a confirmation notification), but when navigating to Session Analysis or Workload Analysis, nothing is displayed on these screens. No problem: there are likely some settings that need to be defined.

Session Analysis:

  • Default metrics (those with an asterisk) not defined: If the graphs and tables are empty, it is likely that the metrics have not been defined. Here is the specific article explaining how to perform this operation: Set Your GPS Metrics

  • Active metrics: If the default metrics have not been defined, or if you do not wish to use them, make sure they are not active. It is recommended to set raw metrics as active, so that in Session Analysis, you can view the graphs and tables without issues. Here is the specific article explaining how to perform this operation: Set Your GPS Metrics

Workload Analysis:

  • Default metrics (those with an asterisk) not defined: The Workload score is calculated using the default metrics. If the graphs and tables are empty, it is likely that the metrics have not been defined. Here is the specific article explaining how to perform this operation: Set Your GPS Metrics

  • Thresholds not defined: If thresholds have not been defined for one or more players, or if the saved thresholds are incorrect, very high values or null values may be displayed in the Workload Analysis screens. It is essential to define thresholds for all players. Here is the specific article explaining how to perform this operation: Set the Thresholds for GPS Metrics and Test Metrics
