Creating a New Staff Member in Iterpro
This guide explains how to create a staff member in Iterpro, manage their details, and link them to an existing user. A staff member represents a club professional who can be included in training events but is not automatically a system user.
To create a new staff member in Iterpro, follow these steps:

Access the Staff Section
- Navigate to Administration > Squads.
- Click on the filter icon in the top right corner.
- Select Group > Staff to display all staff members in your team(s) and across the system.

Create a New Staff Member
- Click on Add New and select Staff.
- The system will automatically add them to the current season if needed.

Enter Personal Details
- Click Edit and fill in the required personal information.
- Once completed, close the Personal section and open the Team section.

Assign a Role and Link to a User
- Select the staff member's position within the club.
- If the staff member needs access to system features, link them to an existing user. This is essential for:
- Accessing the CoachApp.
- Being included in "Shared with" lists.
- Viewing the Videogallery, provided the necessary permissions are granted.

Save and Finalize
- Once all details are set, click Save.
- The staff member will now be available in the system and linked to the assigned user, ensuring proper access to relevant functionalities.
