Why are the bonuses not getting tracked correctly?
This article explains the potential reasons why your bonuses may not be getting tracked correctly.
Our system automatically tracks player bonuses through our integration with Wyscout, which provides us with updated tactical data. However, if you notice that the correct count or progress for player bonuses isn't showing up, there are a couple of potential reasons for this:

Data Not Uploaded by Wyscout: Sometimes, tactical data may not be uploaded in real time. The data is automatically updated into the system twice a day, at noon and midnight (CEST). To try to resolve this manually, simply go to Manager > Planning and sync the tactical data for the events the players participated in. For more details, check this specific article.

Players Not Included in the Seasonal Competition List: If your players do not appear in the bonus count, or they have incorrect data, they may not be included in the selected seasonal competitions. To fix this, navigate to Settings > Team > Seasons, and in the respective competition dropdowns, ensure that the players are selected and marked for the competitions in which they are involved.

By following these steps, you should be able to ensure that all player bonus counts are updated accurately.
